Renowned Egyptian composer Hany Shenouda has passed away at the age of 83.
The news of his death was announced by media presenter Mahmoud Saad, who wrote on his official page, "Farewell, Uncle Hany... A beautiful, sincere artist who brought us so much joy and has now passed away."
"Goodbye, Hany Shenouda, and thank you for everything you provided. Sincere condolences to his family and all his loved ones," he added.
