Lebanese superstar Elissa has released “Leebat Al Ayam,” the first single and visual from her forthcoming album.
It is by the lyrics of Shady Nour, composed by Mohamed Yehia, arranged by Elhamy Deheima and Ahmed Hossam, and produced by Lebanese diva's E-Records.
The song delivers an uplifting message, encouraging listeners to remain resilient, maintain faith and draw on inner strength and solidarity when confronting adversity.
In the new album, Elissa collaborates with a large number of poets and composers, including Aziz El Shafei, Zaim, Raoul, Ahmed Eid Salam, Tamer Hussein, and more.
The 14th record consists of 12 songs and is the follow-up to 2024's album "Ana Sekketen," which is set to release over the summer.
Earlier this year, the hitmaker opened up about the journey of the album. "I started recording the album, and it's all distributed. I've wanted to release a song for a while now, but the political situation in Lebanon is frightening. When I released my album 'Sahbet Ra'y', the Beirut port explosion happened, and I didn't get to make any music videos for it," she recounted.
The 54-year-old artist added, "Now I'm scared because there's violence every day, and I decided to postpone releasing the song I wanted to drop,".
Elissa concluded, "The album will include a Gulf song, and it will be a mix of Egyptian and Lebanese songs."
