The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities participated in the international exhibition of ping “Eudi show,” which was held in the Italian city, Bologna.
Abu Sedira, the head of the central administration of the Egyptian General Authority for the Promotion of Tourism, explained that the participation of Egypt’s delegation came within the framework of the Ministry’s plan to promote tourism products that abound in the stunning Egyptian tourist destination, especially the ping activities.
“The Ministry aims to encourage and support European inbound tourism flow,” he said.
On the sidelines of the exhibition, the representatives of the Egyptian General Authority for tourism held a number of fruitful meetings with a number of international ping institutions, tourist agents, and some Italian tourism firms such as the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) and other renowned European tour operators.
The meetings also highlighted the latest Egypt’s efforts in raising awareness of the importance of mechanisms for protecting coral reefs in line with the global protection of the marine environment approach and the national sustainable development strategy “Egypt vision 2030.”
