Youssef El Sherif to Patriciate in Ramadan 2024 with "The Raccoon"

Egyptian actor Youssef El Sherif is finally making his long-awaited return to the Ramadan drama marathon after three years of absence.

El Sherif is set to participate in the drama marathon with the TV series "The Raccoon".

The series is written by Engy Alaa, directed by Mohamed El-Adl, and produced by Synergy.

El Sherif made his last participation in the drama marathon with the 2021 TV series “Covid-25”.

“Covid-25” consists of 15 episodes and is written by Alaa, directed by Ahmed Nader Galal, and produced by the Synergy production company.

It also starred Ayten Amer, Ahmed Salah Hosny, Amir Salaheldeen, Safaa El-Toukhi, Diana Hisham, Myrna Noureldin, Randa El Behery, and others.

“Covid-25” revolves around the spread of a dangerous epidemic in the country, which causes madness and seizures for the infected. It also focuses on the role of doctors and nurses in facing this epidemic.

El Sherif was born Muhammed Esmaeel on December 14, 1978, in Cairo.

He graduated from Ain Shams University with a mechanical engineering degree. El Sherif was a former athletic who played football and volleyball at Al Ahly SC and participated in Karate international championships in Tunisia and Hungary.

El Sherif made his acting debut in the 2004 film “7playing Cards” co-starring Ruby, following which he co-starred in several TV series and film productions such as “Fattah Eenek”, “Ala Naar Hadi’a”, “El Amel 1001”, and “Heya Fawda”.

El Sherif rose to stardom in 2012 when he co-starred in the TV series “Al Moatn Ex”.

He soon became known for co-starring in TV series such as “Kafr Delhab, “El-Caesar”, “Leaabet Eblis”, “El Sayyad”, “Ism Moaqat”, and “Rakam Maghol”.
