Youssef El Sherif to Participate in Ramadan 2025 with Two TV Shows

Egyptian actor Youssef El Sherif is preparing for a new 15-episode TV series he plans to participate in during the Ramadan 2025 drama marathon.

The drama is set to screen on the "MBC" TV channel and hails from director Ahmed Medhat and scriptwriter Amr Samir Atef.

Moreover, El Sherif is also participating in the drama marathon with the long-awaited TV series "The Raccoon".

The series was initially slated to screen during the Ramadan 2024 drama marathon but was postponed to Ramadan 2025.

Since November 2024, the fate of the series remained a mystery following El Sherif and Engy Alaa, wife and scriptwriter of the series, going their separate ways after 14 years of marriage.

They got married in 2009 and collaborated on several TV series including "Zay El Ward", "Rakam Maghol", "Ism Moaqat", "Leaabet Eblis", "Al Sayeed", "Caesar", "Kafr Delhab", "The End", and “Covid-25”.

Directed by Mohamed El-Adl and produced by Synergy, the series was witnessing El Sherif's finally making his long-awaited return to the drama marathon after three years of absence.
