Veteran Egyptian actress Yousra is preparing for a new TV series, which she plans to participate in during the Ramadan 2026 drama marathon.
The untitled project is set to screen on the "Al Nahar" TV Channel during the holy month of Ramadan.
It witnesses Yousra's comeback to the drama marathon after two years of absence.
She made her last participation in the marathon with the 2023 TV series “1000 Hamdallah Ala Al Salama”.
The cast also included Mohamed Tharwat, Shaima Seif, Mayan El Sayed, Adam El Sharkawy, Otaka, and others.
Mahraganat singer Enba will make his acting debut in the upcoming series.
The series is penned by Mohamed Zulfiqar, helmed by Amro Salah, and produced by the El Adl Group.
Born on March 10, 1955, Yousra is one of the most recognizable names in the region and has been gracing the silver screen for more than 50 years.
Since the 1970s, Yousra has starred in some of the most important films in the history of Egyptian cinema, appearing in over 100 films.
Her roles in films and TV series continue to influence and inspire generations to this day.
The iconic cinematic legend is more than a film star; she is also a singer, a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador, and a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
