Veteran Egyptian actress Yousra has set a return to the TV world with the TV series "Alb Shams", from scriptwriter and director Mohamed Sami.
Along with Yousra, the production also stars Sami, Dorra, Injy El Mokkaddem, Mahmoud Kabil, Entsar, Sawsan Badr, Passant Shawky, Edward, Menna Fadali, Nour Ehab, Ahmed Wafik, Amr Wahba, and more.
It is currently underway and is set to debut on the "Yango Play" platform.
"Alb Shams" marks Yousra's comeback to the small screen after a 3-year absence. She made her last appearance in the 2023 TV series “1000 Hamdallah Ala Al Salama”.
Yousra, born on March 10, 1955, is an actress, a singer, a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador, and a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
The iconic cinematic legend is one of the most recognizable names in the region and has been gracing the silver screen for more than 50 years.
Since the 1970s, Yousra has starred in some of the most important films in the history of Egyptian cinema, appearing in over 100 films.
Her roles in films and TV series continue to influence and inspire generations to this day.
