Egyptian actress Yasmin Raeis and businessman Ahmed Abdel Aziz tied the knot on Thursday at the iconic monument Citadel of Saladin.
The couple signed the ‘aqd qiran’ — an Islamic marriage contract that is considered an integral part of an Islamic marriage and outlines the rights and responsibilities of the groom and bride or other parties involved in marriage proceedings under Shariah — in a ceremony attended by family, close friends, and celebrities.
The starry guests who were present included Karim Fahmy and his wife, Mirhan Hussein, and Donia Sami.
This was the couple's second time being married. Raeis was wedded to director Hadi El Bagoury and split up after a 12-year marriage in 2022. Abdel Aziz was previously married to actress Raghda's younger daughter.

Raeis celebrated her special occasion with a number of her celebrity friends, including Dina El Sherbiny, Saba Mubarak, Naglaa Badr, Mirhan Hussein, and Donia Sami.
Raeis, born in Cairo in 1985, made her acting debut in the 2010 TV series "Ard Khas" (Special Screening).

Raeis collaborated with director Mohamed Khan in the 2013 film "Fatat Al Masna"(Factory Girl) in a leading role, which drew a lot of attention and won her several awards including the "Best Actress Award" from the Dubai International Film Festival.
