Production has begun on Egyptian actress Yasmin Abdelaziz's new film.
Abdelaziz announced the news on social media, sharing photos from the set and the film’s title.
The project is shooting under the title, "Zawgat Ragol Mesh Mohim".
It is scripted by Sherif Elleissy, directed by Moataz El Tony, and produced by Synergy Production company.
The pic sees Abdelaziz joining hands for the first time with Akram Hosny and marks her comeback to the big screen after five years of absence.
She made her last onscreen appearance in the 2018 film “EL-Abla Tam Tam", which premiered during the Eid Al-Fitr movie marathon.
The cast also starred Hamdy Al-Merghany, Bayoumi Fouad, Mostafa Abo Seria, Hesham Ismail, Mahmoud Gharib, and others.
“EL-Abla Tam Tam" was written by Ayman Uttar and directed by Ali Idris.
The plot revolves around a scaredy-cat, teacher Tam Tam, who is forced to protect her classroom after a group of prisoners broke out of prison using an underground tunnel that leads them into a school.

Abdelaziz, born on January 16, 1980, is an Egyptian actress and former model. She enrolled in the Modern Academy in Maadi and made her debut at the age of 13 in commercials, which paved the road to her true calling, acting.
Thereafter, Abdelaziz was nominated for roles in cinematic and television productions. She made her acting debut in the 1998 TV series “Kot We Far”.
