The character was first introduced in the late 1960s/early 1970s. Warlock was created by a group of researchers that call themselves "Enclave", who were attempting to create the perfect being.
Gunn previously stated that Adam Warlock was one of his favorite characters. Gunn and Kevin Feige had previously stated that Warlock was important to the cosmic side of the MCU.
"Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3" is scheduled to debut on May 5, 2023.
Poulter made his feature debuts in 2007’s “Son of Rambow” and 2010’s “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader,”.
He is known for his roles in movies such as "Maze Runner", "Midsommar", "We're the Millers", and "Black Mirror: Bandersnatch".
Poulter recently appeared in Barry Jenkins' Amazon Prime Video series "The Underground Railroad" and will be seen next in Hulu's "Dopesick" miniseries.
