The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderately hot to hot weather will prevail in most of the country during Thursday's daylight hours.
The country also witnesses mist, extending into fog, on the agricultural and highway roads from the north of the country to Cairo, Canal Cities, Central Sinai, and North Upper Egypt.
Meteorologists also predict that Egypt will continue experiencing a decline in temperature.
Wind speeds between 30 and 40 kilometres per hour (km/h) are expected to occasionally occur in most parts of Egypt, stirring up sand and dust in the Western Sahara, Upper Egypt, the Red Sea governorate, and South Sinai.
Light rainfall will prevail intermittently in the North Coast and the North Lower Egypt.
Furthermore, maritime navigation is also expected to be disrupted in the Mediterranean Sea, the Red Sea, the Gulf of Suez, and the Gulf of Aqaba with winds averaging 40 to 50 km/h and waves ranging between 2:3 meters.
Moderate weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at night and in the early morning.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 29°C in Cairo, 24°C in Alexandria, 24°C in Marsa Matruh, 31°C in Sohag, 33°C in Qena, and 36°C in Aswan.
