Egyptian rapper Wegz will perform live at the ZED East, in New Cairo, Egypt, on Friday, June 23.
He is set to present several of his popular and latest songs.
On Thursday, the Syndicate of Musical Professions, Dr. Mohamed Abdullah, revealed the measures Wegz needs to take to perform his next concert.
He explained that Wegz signed the declaration and adhered to it.
Abdullah added the rapper needs to pay EGP200,000 to be allowed to hold the concert and EGP15,000 to renew the permit.
On the other hand, Wegz is also set to perform at Al Manara Arena in New Cairo, on Friday, July 28.
The evening will also feature a performance by the Egyptian rock band Cairokee.
This will be Wegz's first time presenting a concert in Egypt after 6 months.
Wegz is one of the distinguished rappers in Egypt and the Arab world. He began his music career in 2017 by releasing a few tracks including “Batalo Fake” featuring Hesham Raptor, and “Barbeque”.
The rapper had also collaborated with several musicians such as Molotof, DJ Totti, L5VAV, Fishawy, and Savage Plug.
