Dakahlia Governor Dr. Ayman Mokhtar announced suspending the whole educational institutions tomorrow including schools and universities in the governorate due to the horrible weather conditions that Dakahlia Governorate is witnessing currently.
Moreover, Dr. Ashraf Abdel Basset, the head of Al Mansoura University announced that suspending studies in the university and paying a day off for all employees in the university tomorrow due to bad weather conditions.
Stormy and rainy weather has hit the governorate, especially Al Mansoura city since the late hours of yesterday including heavy rains, strong winds, and snowfall.
The sky is full of thunder and lightning storms in addition to the streets are full of water which hinders people from moving smoothly.
