Nevin Al-Naqouri, the daughter of Egyptian veteran actress Soheir El Bably, shared an update on her mother's health after she was hospitalized in the ICU.

In a statement, she noted that her mother suffered from symptoms of diabetic coma about a month ago and was treated before entering the coma.

Al-Naqouri added that she was exposed to some complications during that period and had undergone many tests, noting that the results of the tests showed that she had water on her lung and a weakened heart muscle.

She added that her mother's health had deteriorated five days ago and her heart stopped for a moment, which necessitated her hospitalization in the ICU and putting on an oxygen device.

Al-Naqouri pointed out that visits are forbidden and she checks on her mother for a few minutes, stressing that she is not in a coma and can feel her when she visits.

She asked fans of the veteran actress to pray for her recovery, adding that doctors confirmed that she needs days to recover and can then be transferred to a regular room.
