American singer-actress Vanessa Hudgens offered a glimpse of her engagement ring from Major League Baseball outfielder Cole Tucker for the first time on Instagram on Thursday.
News about the engagement engaged began circulating last week, but the couple confirmed the news via a joint social media post.
“YES. We couldn’t be happier,” Hudgens wrote alongside a photo of the happy couple in a location that appears to be Paris. A photo of Hudgens’ solitaire diamond ring is showcased in an accompanying photo.
Rumors about the lovebirds dating started swirling in November 2020 when they were spotted holding hands in Los Angeles.
The following February, the pair made their romance Instagram official on Valentine’s Day.
“It’s you, it’s me, it’s us. @cotuck,” the “The Princess Switch” star captioned a photo showing her smooching the shortstop, while Tucker shared his own holiday post with the cheeky caption, “Happy V day ❤️ @vanessahudgens.”
Hudgens and Tucker made their red carpet debut as a couple at the AFI Fest Opening Night Gala in November 2021 for the premiere of her movie “Tick, Tick … Boom!”.
Though Tucker popped the question, Hudgens was the one who made the first move by sliding into the Pittsburgh Pirates player’s DMs.
“If I want something or someone, I’m going after them,” she previously stated.
