US Secretary of State Antony Blinken will travel to Brussels, Belgium, on Tuesday, for a two-day visit, to participate in the NATO Foreign Ministerial.
In a press release on its website, the US State Department said that Blinken will have the opportunity, at the ministerial conference, to highlight NATO’s essential role in maintaining Transatlantic security, including joint efforts to hold Russian President Vladimir Putin accountable and encourage a swift end to the conflict of his senseless and destructive war of choice against Ukraine.
Moreover, Blinken will discuss the allies' ongoing efforts to provide support for Ukraine, and will also join the G7 ministerial meeting and hold additional discussions with other allies and partners.
