TV Series "Noon Al Niswa" Not to Screen in Ramadan 2025

Egyptian singer-actress, Mai Kassab's TV series "Noon Al Niswa" (Woking Title) will no longer screen during the Ramadan 2025 drama marathon. 

It is scripted by Mohamed El Hennawy, directed by Ibrahim Fakhr, and produced by Maha Selim.

The drama consists of 15 episodes and was set to mark Kassab's first time playing the title role in a drama. 

Moreover, Kassab is also making a guest appearance in the drama marathon with the fifth and final season of the TV series "Al Maddah: Ostouret Al Ahd".

"Al Maddah" season 5 features the return of previous cast members including Hamada Helal, Heba Magdi, Khaled Zaki, Khaled Sarhan, Donia Abdalaziz, Hanan Suleiman, Sahar Al Sayegh, Tamer Shaltout, Mohamed Ezz, Fathy Abdel Wahab, Diab, Mai Selim, and Hamza El Eily. 

It also introduces newcomers Khaled El Sawy, Mohsen Mohieddin, Tarek El-Nahry, Ghada Adel, Jory Bakr, Mohamed Abdel Hafez, and Dareen Haddad.

Ahmed Samir Farag directed the series from a screenplay by Amin Gamal, Walid Abu Al-Majd, and Sherif Yousry.

"Al Maddah" season 5 is set to debut during the Ramadan 2025 drama marathon.

El Atawla

Kassab was last seen in the TV series “El Atawla".

The cast also stars ‏‎Ahmed El Sakka, Tarek Lotfy, Zeina, Bassem Samra, Hoda Eletreby, and more.

The series consists of 30 episodes and hails from scriptwriter Hisham Hilal and director Ahmed Khaled Mousa.

Mai Kassab

Kassab, born on December 8, 1981, began her music career by forming the band “Ghamid Eneyk” with the Syrian musician Magd Al Kassem.

The band released its first album “Hagga Tiksif” in 2005 and the second album “Ahla al Kalam” in 2007.

In 2006, Kassab made her acting debut alongside Ahmed El Fishawy in a comedy TV series “Tamir wa Shawqiyah.”

Thereafter, she appeared in a number of film roles such as “Al Farah” and “Bobos."
