TV Series "Lam El Samasya" Begins Production

Production has begun on Egyptian actress Amina Khalil's new TV series “Lam El Samasya”.

The cast also stars Mohamed Shahin, Eyad Nassar, Ahmed Rizk, Caroline Azmy, Rakeen Saad, Ahmed El Saadany, Tharaa Goubail, Safaa El-Toukhi, Yasmina El Abd, and more.

Director Karim El Shenawy will helm the series from a script penned by prominent screenwriter Mariam Naoum. Media Hub production company is the studio behind the drama.

“Lam Shamsya” consists of 15 episodes and addresses a sensitive and difficult issue: Child sexual abuse (CSA), also called child molestation, which is a form of child abuse in which an adult or older adolescent uses a child to fulfill their sickest and darkest needs.

The drama raises several questions, including whether the assault occurs in schools or on the street and if those held responsible for the crime are parents or only teachers.

"Lam El Samasya" is set to screen during the Ramadan 2025 drama marathon.
