Egyptian actress, Hanan Motawie's TV series "Hayat Aw Maut" will no longer screen duribg the Ramadan 2025 drama marathon.
The cast also includes Salwa Osman, Ezzat Zain, Ahmed El Rafaey, Rana Raeis, Mohamed Ali Rezk, Hassan El Kholaky, and more.
The series is scripted by Ahmed Abdel Fattah, directed by Hany Hamdy, and produced by Ahmed El Sobky.
"Hayat Aw Maut" consists of 10 episodes and is set to screen sometime later in the off-season.
Motawie made her last appearance on the small screen in the season one of the 2023 crime TV series “Sowt W Sora."
The series boasted a cast that included the likes of Naglaa Badr, Sedky Sakher, Mourad Makram, Nardine Farag, and more.
The 30-episode series is scripted by Mohamed Suleiman Abdel-Malik, directed by Mahmoud Abdel-Tawab Toba, and produced by Aroma Studios.
Motawie, born on February 23, 1979, is the daughter of acclaimed actress Soheir Al Morshedy and the late actor Karam Motawie.
She graduated from Cairo University and began her career in the 2001 TV series "Hadeeth El Sabah we el Masaa."
Motawie is known for roles in films such as "Yom W Leila", "Has", "Al Ghaba" (The Forest), "Heliopolis", and "Qas we Lazq", a performance that earned her won Best Supporting Actress.
Her television credits also include "El Qahera: Kabul", "Ella Ana" season 1, "El-Rehla", "Ded Maghool", "Halawt Al-Dunia", "Taqat Nour", "Hadha almasa", "Wanus" "Sara","Awlad El Shawarea", "Aghla men Hyati", "Azmet Sokkar", and "Wekalet Ateyya".
