The drug comedy TV series "Bimbo" has been renewed for a second season.
Season one consisted of eight episodes and debuted on the Shahid platform on December 21, 2021.
"Bimbo" starred Ahmed Malek, Huda El Mufti, Wegz, Cynthia Khalifeh, and others.
The series revolves around Bimbo, who is selling illicit drugs to pay back his debt after getting robbed and losing all his money.
He soon finds himself playing the role of a detective to investigate a woman's murder and another woman's disappearance.
Amr Salama and Omar Roshdy helmed the series from a script by Mohamed Adel Adeeb.
It was an original Shahid series produced by Meem Circle Creative Company and the Film Factory Company.
