Egyptian singer-actress Donia Samir Ghanem's upcoming TV series “Aicha Aldor” is set to be screened in the second half of the Ramadan 2025 drama marathon.
The cast also stars Mohamed Kelany, Mohamed Tharwat, Fadwa Abed, and more.
Ahmed El Gendy directs the drama from a script he co-wrote with Karim Youssef.
It consists of 15 episodes and is produced by Ahmed El Sobky.
The official logline for the series reads, "Having devoted herself to raising her children and serving those around her, Aysha is given a chance at life again when she enrols in university on behalf of her niece."
"Aicha Aldor" marks Ghanem's comeback to the drama marathon after two years of absence.
She made her last participation in the marathon with the 2023 TV series "Gat Salema".
