Despite the cancellation of his concert in Egypt, Travis Scott fans celebrated the launch of the trending rapper's album "Utopia" at the Pyramids.

Scott's fans gathered, sang, and danced, using the new album's songs at the Pyramids, where the rapper's concert was supposed to be held before its cancellation.

The video was posted by a Twitter (X) account for Scott's fan group.

Earlier, the US rapper promised fans his “Utopia” concert at Egypt's Pyramids of Giza will go ahead in the future.

The rapper's desert gig was canceled at the last minute after promoters Live Nation had insisted it was going ahead this Friday.

The concert promoter confirmed on Wednesday the show was off due to "complex production issues".

However, Scott has insisted the concert isn't dead and he'll share a new date soon. The gig - timed to coincide with the release of his new album Utopia - sold out quickly after it was announced.

"Egypt at the pyramids will happen but due to demand and detail logistics. They just need a bit a time to set lay on lands. I will keep u posted on a date which will be soon love you alllll, Scott wrote on Twitter.

Scott announced the concert with great fanfare earlier this month and said it would also be live-streamed.

The shows would have coincided with the Friday release of Scott’s long-delayed “Utopia” album, the date of which has been set for many weeks but was only officially announced earlier this week.

Scott will also release an accompanying movie, “Circus Maximus,” in theaters beginning on Thursday.
