Yesterday, the organizer of the concert, Mohamed Serag, said in tv statements that the organizers have no idea about the status of the concert.
Serag told TV anchor Soher Goda that they have all the required permissions, urging authorities in Egypt to decide the status of the concert.
He asserted that Scott's team is in Egypt, and they couldn't get in the site of the concert in the Pyramids to set up their equipment.
The organizer also revealed that the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities supports the concert, but it has no decision to confirm or cancel it.
