He listened to a detailed explanation from Dr. Mustafa Waziri about the history of the statue, the story of its discovery, the process of its restoration, cleaning, and transportation from the San al-Hajar area in Sharqiya.

The tour also included an inspection of the inner foyer, the great staircase and the main exhibition halls, in which 95% of the work has been completed.

On his part, Dr. Abbas reviewed the scenario for these halls, which revolves around three main topics: society, property and the other world, starting from prehistoric times until the Greco-Roman era.
