The release date for Hollywood star Tom Hanks' upcoming movie " A Man Called Otto", has been delayed from December 28 to January 13, 2023.

The movie is based on the New York Times best-selling novel, "A Man Called Ove" by Swedish author Fredrik Backman. 

It features Hanks playing Otto, a grumpy old man who finds pleasure in judging and being mean to his neighbors. However, Otto’s tough exterior begins to break away as he befriends a “very pregnant” Marisol, his new neighbor who moves next door with her young family.

"A man Called Otto" also stars Mariana Treviño, Rachel Keller, Cameron Britton, and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo.

The movie is directed by Marc Forster from a screenplay adapted by David Magee. 

"A Man Called Otto" is produced by Hanks with Rita Wilson, Gary Goetzman, and Fredrik Wikström Nicastro.

Executive producers include Forster, Renée Wolfe, and David Magee. 

"A Man Called Otto" will get a limited release in New York and Los Angeles on December 25 which will be followed by a wide release on January 13.
