Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG ) Holding appointed Amr El-Kady as deputy chief executive and managing director for the group.
According to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) statement on Sunday, the group announced that El-Kady has been selected due to his wide experience in the real estate development sector, as he was the CEO of City Edge Developments.
He also held many strategic positions in a number of major real estate companies in Egypt and the United Arab Emirates.
In a press release, the TMG confirmed that El-Kady will add great value to the group and will contribute to strengthening its position as a leading company in the field of real estate development in Egypt.
TMG Holding is a public company listed on the (EGX) since November 2007 and operates within the real estate sector focusing on real estate development. It has 13 subsidiaries operating across Egypt.
The company’s capital is EGP 20.63 billion that pidend on 2.06 billion shares with a nominal value of EGP 10 per share.
Who is Amr El-Kady:
Amr El Kady held a number of strategic positions in the most renowned real estate companies in Egypt and the UAE. Starting at SODIC Property Services – SPS then, joining Palm Hills Developments where he assisted in the restructuring of the Sales Department.
As Assistant Vice President of Sales, he managed and headed all local and international sales functions for the retail and the residential units in 15 mixed-used developments.
El-Kady then pursued his career at Emaar Misr as the Director, Head of Sales. He worked on developing the Sales Department and, expanding its presence in new local and international locations. In 2014, he joined Maxim Investment Group as the Vice President, Commercial to play a key role in its restructuring and its real estate expansion.
Two years later, he was chosen as the Deputy CEO of Wadi Degla Developments. Amr El Kady holds a BSc. in Hotel Management and had completed several accredited international real estate programs.
