AMC Networks has set a fall premiere for season two of "The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon: The Book of Carol".
The second season of the spinoff series starring Norman Reedus and Melissa McBride will premiere at 9 p.m. on September 29 on AMC and AMC+. AMC also released two first-look photos.

The first season ended with Daryl (Reedus) deciding to stay in France rather than return home as his friend Carol (McBride) continues to search for him in America.
The new season picks up with both confronting old demons while she fights to find her friend and he struggles with his decision to stay in France, causing tension at the Nest. Additionally, Genet (Anne Charrier)’s movement builds momentum, setting Pouvoir on a violent collision course with the Union of Hope in the fight for France’s future.
Per the logline: "The new season picks up where The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon left off, with both confronting old demons while Carol struggles to find her friend and he struggles with his decision to stay in France, causing tension at the Nest."
In addition to Reedus and McBride, Clémence Poésy, Louis Puech Scigliuzzi, Laika Blanc Francard, Charrier, Romain Levi, and Eriq Ebouaney also star.
The series is executive-produced by showrunners David Zabel, Scott M. Gimple, Reedus, McBride, Greg Nicotero, Angela Kang, Brian Bockrath, Daniel Percival, Jason Richman, and Steve Squillante.
