AMC has released the first look at the highly-anticipated Norman Reedus-led “The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon” spinoff series.
The photos showcase the return of Norman Reedus in his title role as Daryl Dixon, one of the main characters in the post-apocalypse and survival series "The Walking Dead".
The sneak peek also revealed zombies, Daryl traveling on his own, and another one showing Daryl being held captive.
“The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon” follows Daryl (Reedus) washing ashore in France and struggling to piece together how he got there and why.
The spinoff series tracks his journey across a broken but resilient France as he hopes to find a way back home. As he makes the journey the connections he makes along the way complicate his ultimate plan.
French actress Clémence Poésy, and English actor Adam Nagaitis will also star in the series.
The series is created and produced by The Walking Dead's Angela Kang. Brian Bockrath, Scott M. Gimple, Daniel Percival, and David Zabel serve as executive producers.
"The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon" has not yet received a premiere date.
