The Russian Cultural Center in Cairo headed by Arseny Matyushenko celebrated International Women's Day.
On this occasion, Matyushenko honored Russian and Egyptian women working at the Russian Cultural Center in Cairo, asserting their crucial role in promoting cultural activities at the center.
He highlighted that International Women’s Day is an opportunity to express gratitude for women's immense efforts, whether at work or at home, in their roles as wives, mothers, sisters, grandmothers, or daughters which is an essential and irreplaceable contribution to society.
Matyushenko congratulated the female staff at the Russian Cultural Center for their hard work over the past season, which resulted in the successful implementation of various cultural activities both within the center and in Egypt.
With a new administration set to take over the Russian Cultural Center soon, Matyushenko wished the staff continued dedication and success in delivering the message that remains a priority in the center’s programs.
He also praised their efforts, which have supported a wide range of significant activities that strengthen engagement with the Egyptian community, particularly among young people interested in the Russian language and culture.
