Peacock has announced the premiere window for Season 2 of "The Office" follow-up mockumentary “The Paper”. The next installment will launch in September.
Hailing from Greg Daniels and Michael Koman, "The Paper" is set in the same universe as NBC’s Emmy-winning series "The Office," and features the documentary crew that immortalized Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton branch.
The crew is searching for a new subject when they stumble upon a historic Toledo newspaper, The Truth Teller, and the publisher’s efforts to revive it.
Daniels and Koman serve as creators and executive producers. Ricky Gervais, Stephen Merchant, Howard Klein, Ben Silverman, and Banijay Americas (formerly Reveille) also executive produce.
Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group, is the studio.
