The new Kuwaiti government was sworn in shortly after Sheikh Meshaal Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of Kuwait, issued an Emiri decree forming the Council of Ministers headed by Ahmed Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.

The formation of the Kuwaiti government was headed by Ahmed Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and the new government includes 13 ministers.

The Emir of Kuwait delivered a speech after the government was sworn in, in which he said: We are in a new phase of hard work and unlimited giving. We will continue to follow the paths of reform that we have agreed to, and the principles of justice, transparency, and frankness must be consolidated.
