Dr. Nevin Al-Kilani, Minister of Culture, said: "It is a great pleasure today that we achieve a new dream on the land of the new administrative capital, where the sun of the new republic shines, and we dream of reaching every part of Egypt to provide it with our cultural services. She added that President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, has given great attention to the Egyptian citizen, aiming at providing them with a decent life within the framework of the state's strategy for sustainable development, "Egypt's Vision 2023". “Egypt’s Vision 2023” includes providing housing, and clothing, building the individual culturally and working to suspend the national identity and preserve heritage. Accordingly, Egypt aims to promote the knowledge the human being - within the framework of cooperation between the various state institutions.

Moreover, she noted that the mobile libraries are sent to six governorates: "Qena - Luxor - Minya - Buhaira Dakahlia - Damietta -" This is done within the framework of the presidential initiative "A Decent Life", to provide the various services to the public. She mentioned that this beginning is like a journey to reach all the governorates of Egypt, rotating around centres and villages to: discover talented people, support creators, provide books, and learn cultural crafts. this was successfully done during the last month of Ramadan in the villages of “A Decent Life” with a large number of serious activities that were admired by citizens. This experience encouraged us to invest and increase this cooperation by launching six more libraries in six of the governorates which present the activities of the presidential initiative.
