American-Argentine-British actress Anya Taylor-Joy‘s dark comedy movie “The Menu” is coming to streaming shortly after its November theatrical release.
It will be available on Digital on January 3, 2023, and a Blu-ray and DVD on January 17.
The movie is centered around a couple (Taylor-Joy and Nicholas Hoult) who travel to a coastal island to eat at an exclusive restaurant where the chef (Ralph Fiennes) has prepared a lavish menu, with some shocking surprises.
It also stars Hong Chau, Janet McTeer, Judith Light, Reed Birney, Paul Adelstein, Aimee Carrero, Arturo Castto, Mart St. Cyr, Rob Yan, and John Leguizamo.
Mark Mylod directed the movie from a script by Seth Reiss and Will Tracy and based on a story by the latter. It is produced by Adam McKay and Betsy Koch.
The release will include several featurettes including 'Open Kitchen: A Look Inside The Menu', 'First Course', in which director Mark Mylod dives into the work of crafting The Menu, 'Second Course', which examine the meticulous details behind production design, and 'Dessert', which delves into the s'mores portion of the movie with the film's costume designer Amy Westcott.
The release will also include deleted scenes from the movie.
