Tharaa Goubail to Guest Star TV Series "Gany Fil Manam"

Egyptian actress Tharaa Goubail will guest star on actress Nelly Karim's upcoming star-studded TV series "Gany Fil Manam".

The series also stars Ruby, Kinda Alloush, Gihan El Shamashergy, Aly Kassem, Hatem Salah, and more. It is scripted by Mohab Tarek, directed by Mohamed Shaker Khadir, and produced by Media Hub.

"Gany Fil Manam" consists of 15 episodes and is set to screen during the Ramadan 2025 drama marathon.

The project marks Alloush's comeback to the small screen after three years of absence forced by her breast cancer battle. She made her last onscreen appearance in the 2021 TV series "Sittat Bayt Al Maadi", which featured a starry cast that included Injy El Mokkaddem, Mirhan Hussein, Tara Emad, and Sabry Fawaz.

Moreover, Goubail is participating in the Ramadan drama marathon with the TV series "Lam El Samasya".

The cast also stars Amina Khalil, Mohamed Shahin, Eyad Nassar, Ahmed Rizk, Caroline Azmy, Rakeen Saad, and more.

Director Karim El Shenawy will helm the series from a script penned by prominent screenwriter Mariam Naoum.

Media Hub production company is the studio behind the drama.

“Lam Shamsya” addresses a sensitive and difficult issue: Child sexual abuse (CSA), also called child molestation, which is a form of child abuse in which an adult or older adolescent uses a child to fulfill their sickest and darkest needs.

The drama raises several questions, including whether the assault occurs in schools or on the street and if those held responsible for the crime are parents or only teachers.
