Egyptian actress Tharaa Goubail and fellow actor Mokhtar Eldenary have tied the knot.
The couple signed the ‘aqd qiran’ — an Islamic marriage contract that is considered an integral part of an Islamic marriage and outlines the rights and responsibilities of the groom and bride or other parties involved in marriage proceedings under Shariah — in a low-key ceremony on Thursday.
Goubail took to social media to share with fans an intimate look from her special day, saying: "Cheers to a long and happy marriage 🥂🤍."

On August 3, Eldenary proposed to Goubail, the latter took to social media to give fans an intimate look at the proposal.
"Definitely I said yes…💍💝 I can’t even find words to thank all of you..so much love and gratitude💞," she gushed.

The couple celebrated their engagement three days later in a cozy ceremony attended by their family and friends.

Goubail, January 5, 1991, graduated from the Higher Institute of Cinema and obtained a postgraduate diploma in the field of script.
Her TV credits include "Khareg El Saytara" (2021), "Kafr Delhab" (2017), "Tareeqy" (2015), "Segn El-Nisaa" (2014), and "Bent Esmaha Zat" (2013).
In 2023, Goubail landed her first lead role in the TV series "Aseel".
