Veteran Egyptian actor Tawfik Abdel Hamid is gearing up for a theatrical comeback.
Abdel Hamid is reteaming with director Nasser Abdel Moneim in the untitled project. They previously collaborated in the 2006 play "Ragel al Qalaa".
Moreover, the acclaimed actor is participating in Ramadan with the TV series “U-Turn”, starring Riham Hagag.
It also stars Safaa El-Toukhi, Abeer Sabry, Nourhan, Karim Kassem, Mohamed Kelany, Ayman Al Kaysouni, Mahmoud Hijazi, and others.
The series marks Abdel Hamid's comeback to the small screen after 12 years of absence.
It is written by Ayman Salama, directed by Sameh Abd El Aziz, and produced by Gamal El Adl.
“U-Turn” is set to screen during Ramadan on “CBC”, “Al Hayah”, and “ON” TV channels. It will also stream on “Shahid” and “Watch it” platforms.
