Tara Emad to Collab with Ahmed Ezz in New Play

Egyptian actress Tara Emad is collaborating with actor Ahmed Ezz in a new play.

It also stars Sayed Ragab, Shaima Seif, Moustafa Gharieb, and others.

The untitled play is scheduled to be staged as a part of the New Year's Eve celebrations.

The project marks Emad and Ezz's second collaboration after the 2020 play "Aladdin".

Ezz was last seen in the star-studded film “Kira & El Gin”.

The cast also includes Karim Abdel Aziz, Hend Sabry, Sayed Ragab, Asma Abul Yazeid, Ahmed Malek, Huda El Mufti, Aly Kassem, and others.

Abdel Aziz portrays a doctor called Ahmed Abdel Hay, who goes by the nickname Ahmed Kira, a real person who was present during the occupation.

During the events, he meets with Abdel Qader Shehata Al-Gin (Ezz) and they become close friends and decide to team up against the British occupation.

Ahmed Ezz, born on July 23, 1971, made his first appearance in Assala's music video "Lama Gat Einak Fi Einy" in 1999.

In the same year, he appeared in Inas El-Degheidy's film "Kalam El Lail" (Night Whispers).

in 2001, Ezz landed the lead role in "Mothakerat Morahkah" (Memoirs of a Teenager). 

His breakthrough role was in the TV series "Malak Rohi" (2003).

Ezz's career enjoyed a significant boost when he starred in the 2004 films "Hob El-Banat" (Girl's Love), and "Sana Oula Nasb" (First Year of Deception).

 Afterward, he began to play roles in Action, thriller, and suspense films.
