Syrian actor, Taim Hassan is preparing for a new TV series, which he plans to participate in during the Ramadan 2027 drama marathon.
The series is produced by Cedars Art Production and sees Hassan teaming up with frequent collaborators, director Samer Al Barkawi and screenwriter Omar Abusaada.
The trio previously collaborated on "Taht Sabaa Ard,"Tag," and "Al Zind: Thi'b Al Assi,".

Hassan and Al Barkawi teamed up last Ramadan on the TV series "Mawlana".
Scripted by Lubna Alhadad and produced by Cedars Art Production, "Mawlana" featured a lineup of Syrian drama stars, including Fares Al-Helou, Nancy Khoury, Nour Ali, Alaa Al-Zoubi, Hima Ismail, Ghaith Ramadan, and Eliana Saad, and more.
The series' logline reads, "On the run from his past and his community, Jaber becomes a fugitive and assumes the identity of a sacred heir, setting off a ruse in a forgotten village awaiting a savior to revive its will to endure."
Hassan, born on February 17, 1976, in the coastal city of Tartous, Syria in an area known as Sheikh Badr.
In 1980, the actor moved to the capital Damascus with his family, where he lived and studied to join the High Institute for Dramatic Arts in 2001.
Hassan was first rejected and then re-applied to be admitted at the same time when renowned actor Jamal Soleiman was the head of the judging panel.
He finished his studies and graduated in 2001. Since his graduation, the actor was able to establish himself through taking influential roles in some of the most renowned Syrian television series.
Hassan achieved fame in Syria through a number of highly acclaimed and extremely successful Syrian series most notably "Saladin", "Taifas", "Nizar Qabbani", and "The Waiting".
In 2007, he received his title role in the Egyptian series "King Farouk", which established him as one of the leading stars in the Arab world and earned him the best actor award from Egyptian audiences and critics.
Hassan collaborated with Hatem Ali, one of Syria's leading directors, in a majority of his series such as "The Philanderer Salem", "Saladin", "Taifas", and "King Farouk".
On July 1, 2004, he married the Syrian actress Dima Bayaa. They have two children named Ward and Fahad. In 2012, Hassan and Bayaa announced their divorce after 10 years of marriage. He married Egyptian TV presenter, Wafaa El Kilani in 2017.
