The President’s Advisor for Health Affairs Dr. Awad Tag El-Din warned, on Monday, Egyptians of a second wave of COVID-19 in case of not committing to the required protective measures .
He emphasized that the daily-recorded number of new cases in Egypt is still controllable although the whole world is going through a second wave of the pandemic.
Egypt is getting ready for the outbreak of the second wave by arranging several scenarios against it, that’s why he urged Egyptians to follow medical persuaders to stop the quick spread of the virus. In case anyone intends to violate the rules, they will pay fines.

Concerning treating the virus, he expressed that the medical protocols are continuously evaluated and revised through trying various medications which is suitable for the Egyptian experience of facing the pandemics.
Regarding the final date of releasing the vaccine, Tag El-Din mentioned that only a few months left after the end of the clinical trials to make sure of the vaccines’ safety.
