The most Googled TV shows of 2021 globally were revealed with Netflix-original K-drama series 'Squid Game' number one on the list.
Netflix experienced the highest number of searches across the board in 2021. Besides "Squid Game", other Netflix series such as; "Bridgerton", "Lupin", and "Ginny and Georgia" ranked on the list.
1) Squid Game
'Squid Game' revolves around forcing strangers to fight to the death in a twisted and deadly competition. If they survive long enough to win, they’re awarded an obscene amount of money, but what sets this show apart from the rest is that each one of these participants actually volunteers to play of their own free will
The series, starring Lee Jung Jae, Park Hae Soo, Jung Ho Yeon, Wi Ha Joon, and more, became the first Korean drama series to rank number one for two consecutive days on Netflix TV shows worldwide.
2) Bridgerton
"Bridgerton" series, created by Chris Van Dusen and produced by Shonda Rhimes, is based on Julia Quinn's novels set in the competitive world of the Regency-era, London, highlighting the aristocratic Bridgerton family. The series starred Phoebe Dynevor, Regé-Jean Page, Nicola Coughlan, and many more.
3) WandaVision
WandaVision is an American television miniseries created by Jac Schaeffer for the streaming service Disney+, based on Marvel Comics featuring the characters Wanda Maximoff / Scarlet Witch and Vision.
The series starred Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Debra Jo Rupp, Fred Melamed, Kathryn Hahn, Teyonah Parris, and Randall Park.
4) Cobra Kai

5) Loki
Loki, created by Michael Waldron, is based on Marvel Comics featuring a character of the same name.
