A few days ago, Spotify released its lists of the top streamed songs and artists for 2023.

The 2023 lists showed that major female pop stars dominated the top-listened songs and artists, mainly Taylor Swift.

The platform's lists also revealed that they were impacted by several global trends like 2023 Eurovision winner. 

Gen Z continued to browse more hybrid genres. It also traced a surge in Colombian and Mexican music streams music.
