The highly-anticipated segment between the WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns, the Tribal Chief, and the WWE Champion Brock Lesnar, the Beast, will take place tonight at SmackDown. Therefore, SmackDown, Lesnar, and Reigns are trending on twitter before the episode kicks off.
At the latest WWE Pay-Per-View, Day 1, a match between both legends were scheduled to happen, however, it was canceled before the events with a few hours.
Reigns tested positive for COVID-19 which forced the organizers to cancel the show’s main event, and add Lesnar to the Fatal 4-Way contest for the WWE Championship alongside E, Owens, Rollins, and Bobby Lashely.

The recent escalations between both figures started after the Extreme Rules when they signed a contract for the WWE Universal Championship in the KSA-based WWE event, Crown Jewel, in addition, the Tribal Chief was back by Lesnar's former advocate Paul Heyman.

The stand of Heyman between Reigns and Lesnar was somehow vague and it was deeply questioned by the fans, especially after Crown Jewel when the advocate threw the title in the middle of the ring during the match.

It wasn't the first situation for questioning Heyman's situation as Lesnar expressed after the WWE Draft that he followed his advocate advice, in addition, he revised the contract of Crown Jewel match before signing it with Reigns with his advocate.
After Crown Jewel, Lesnar was suspended for a month after attacking WWE Official Adam Pearce, the event was followed by setting a Battle Royal match for naming a new competitor against Reigns, and the winner was Sami Zayn.
Shortly, Lesnar returned and had two of the best confrontations in 2021 in SmackDown with Zayn.
A few days later, a match between Lesnar and Reigns was scheduled at Day 1, after Zayn lost his championship match against the Tribal Chief at the SmackDown.
Back to Day 1, Lesnar's victory twisted the minds of the whole fans about the future plans for both champions. In addition, matters reached new climax as Lesnar appeared with Paul Heyman after he was attacked by Reigns and the Usos.
