President Abdel Fattah El Sisi said Saturday that he was pleased to receive Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the United Arab Emirates, with whom he discussed several regional and international developments.
"Today, I was pleased to receive my brother Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi," Sisi tweeted.
He added that he and the UAE Crown Prince discussed "many common regional and international issues," stressing the Egyptian-UAE cooperation in this regard within the framework of "fraternal friendship and trust" between Cairo and Abu Dhabi.
During his talks with Sisi, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan praised Egypt’s pivotal and firm role as a fundamental pillar for security and stability in the region.
