President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi emphasized that Egypt—with its insightful vision, historical experience in regional affairs, and status as the first nation to sign a peace treaty with Israel at a time of deep-rooted hostility—reaffirms that the radical solution to Middle East conflicts lies in reaching a comprehensive and just peace agreement, adding that this agreement must resolve the Palestinian cause and establish an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital, in accordance with the resolutions of international legitimacy.

Moreover, Sisi stressed that there can be no lasting peace, true stability, or development for nations without a just peace that ends the occupation, puts a stop to injustice and aggression, restores rights to their rightful owners, provides security for all, and grants the region's peoples the opportunity to live in stability and prosperity, ushering in a new era of cooperation, growth, and a better future that the peoples of the region truly deserve.

It serves as a unified center aimed at enhancing the administrative efficiency of state institutions, supporting the decision-making system, and developing command and control capabilities through an infrastructure based on the latest digital technologies and modern communication systems.

The project aims to unify the headquarters of the General Command of the Armed Forces, ministries, and sovereign entities within an integrated central entity.

This integration contributes to elevating the level of coordination among various state institutions, accelerating response mechanisms to crises and emergencies, and achieving the highest levels of synergy in managing strategic portfolios.

The project was entirely planned and executed by Egyptian hands in cooperation with national companies, as part of the state's plan to develop its institutions and build a modern administrative infrastructure within the New Administrative Capital.

The Strategic Command Headquarters spans an area of approximately 22,000 feddans, with a total built-up area of about 4.7 million square meters, making it one of the largest defense and administrative complexes in the region.
