Singer Zeezee Adel Quits Music (Video)

Egyptian singer ZeeZee Adel announced on social media that she's retiring from singing.

Adel noted in a video she attached to the post that she was retiring to worship and connect with God.

"I want to die with God satisfied with me, and we all wish for something like this. when I die I want to be ready to meet God and be satisfied with myself, my life, and my actions," she added.

The former singer first came to attention when she entered the second season of Star Academy in 2005, where she won third place in the semi-finals.

In 2007, Rotana released her first studio album, "Wahad Tayib Kbeer Awi" (One Good Package).
