Linda De Suza, a French singer and actress who has Portuguese roots, passed away at the age of 74 years old, media outlets reported on Saturday.
The singer died at the Gisors hospital where she had been transferred early this morning, as she experienced respiratory failure after testing positive for COVID-19.
Linda de Suza spent most of her career in France, where had massive great success. She recounted her childhood and her arrival in France in an autobiographical book published in 1984.
She is best known for her roles in “The Gilded Cage” (2013), “Médecins de Nuit” (1978), and “A Mala de Cartão” (1988).
