Simu Liu's Los Angeles home was burglarized during the holiday season in the latest string of celebrity home break-ins.
The incident occurred Friday around 11 p.m., however, the 35-year-old Marvel actor was not home at the time of the break-in.
The invader smashed the actor's glass door which set off the security systems and caused the police to arrive at the scene. Upon their arrival, officers didn't find anyone at the home, which is being renovated. Police were unable to confirm if anything was taken.
The incident remains under investigation.
Liu bought the 4,700 square feet property for $6.8 million in 2021, boasting world-class technology and interior. The property features five bedrooms and six bathrooms adorned with glass covering, offering a beautiful view into the two-car garage, dining area, and living room. It also comes with a sunbathing shelf, a spa, and an outdoor patio with a lawn that connects the home's exterior, which is unassuming and an eye-catching sight.
Liu starred in the 2021 Marvel Cinematic Universe film "Shang-Chi" and was one of the Ken dolls in the 2023 blockbuster hit "Barbie."
