Egyptian actress Shery Adel shared Saturday a video of her and actor Tarek Sabri officiating their marriage on Facebook.
The couple tied the knot last week in a low-key event before Sabri traveled to Kuwait to serve as a jury member for the Kuwait Theatre Festival.
Adel, born on April 19, 1988, began her career with appearances in advertisements as a child, followed by television appearances.
At the age of 15, she made her cinema debut in the film “Hamada Yelab” (Hamada is Playing), which was followed by roles TV series “Hayyati Inta”, “al-Mersyo al-Bahar”, and “Efreet al-Qirsh”.
The actress rose to stardom for her role as Queen Neriman in the 2010 TV series “Al Malek Farouk” (King Farouk).
