The Economic Court in Cairo obliged Egyptian superstar Sherine Abdel Wahab to pay EGP 5 million to settle the lawsuit filed against her by the Rotana Audio and Video Company.

Rotana signed a contract with Sherine in January 2019 to record two lyrical albums and two video clips for each album, in addition to performing three concerts for EGP 10 million.

The deal between the two parties held a duration period of three years.

On her part, the "Masha'er" crooner shared that has been busy with new songs after she finished her new album and called Rotana to receive it.

Earlier in March, Sherine’s manager, Ehab Saleh, announced that the singer is getting ready to release a new project, in addition to concerts in Egypt.

“Sherine will treat her fans with new works soon," he said, adding that she is currently planning a huge concert in Egypt, which will be unveiled at a later time.

The star denied the circulating rumors on the internet about splitting up with her husband Hossam Habib and unfollowing him on Instagram and Facebook.
