Sherif Salama Joins TV Series "Talaa Nazil"

Egyptian actor Sherif Salama recently joined the cast of actress Mona Zaki's TV series "Talaa Nazil".

The series is directed by Hani Khalifa and is set to screen during the winter season.

This marks the second collaboration between the pair. They worked together for the first time in the 2020 film "The Black Box".

Moreover, Salama is also set to star in the Netflix TV series "Men Qatal Nadia" (Who Killed Nadia).

The cast also stars Asser Yassin, Mahmoud Hemida, Shereen Reda, Rakeen Saad, Mohamed Tharwat, and others.

"Men Qatal Nadia" is scripted by Mohamed Al Masry, directed by Al Sadeer Massoud, and produced by Mohamed Meshish.

The series consists of eight episodes and is set to screen sometime later in 2023.

Salama was last seen in the family comedy TV series "Kamal Al Adeed", starring Dina El Sherbiny.

It also starred Esaad Younis, Aya Samaha, Ahmed Kamal, Ahmed Gamal Saeed, Gihan El Shamashergy, Amr Gamal, and others.

Khaled Al-Halafawi directed the series from a screenplay by Yousry Taher and Rana Abu Al-Rish.

"Kamal Al Adeed" consisted of 15 episodes and was screened during the Ramadan 2023 drama marathon.

In April, the series was renewed for season two.

 Salama, born on July 12, 1979, is the younger brother of actress Manal Salama. He is married to actress Dalia Mostafa.

He studied at the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts and graduated in 2003. Salama began his career behind the camera, working as a photographer, assistant photographer, and participated in shooting TV commercials and music videos until he became an assistant director for over three years.

Salama made his acting debut in the 1998 TV series "Emraa Men Zaman El-Hob" and his feature debut in the films “Dars Khosousy” and “Damm al-Ghazal” in 2005.

He is best known for his roles in TV productions "Faten Amal Harby" (2022), "Eswed Fateh" (2020), "Al-Seham Al-Mariqa" (2018), "Ramadan Kareem" (2017),"El Ghorog" (2016), "El bab fe El bab" (2011), "Harb Al-Jawasis" (2009), and "Hadrat almthm 'abi" (2006).

His film credits also include "El Sandok El Aswad" (2020), "Ammaar" (2020), "Eza'et Hobb" (2011), "Maklab Haramiya" (2009), and "Morgan Ahmed Morgan" (2007).
